Our camp in Wadi Rum - Miral Night Camp

We offer a variety of different tent sizes including single, double, triple and quadruple tents and all tents have a private bathroom and panoramic glass front that allows you to see the stars through your bed so you are sure to find the right accommodation for you. All tents have comfortable beds and we provide pillows, blankets, sheets and towels. If you would like to sleep outside on the nearby sand dunes, we can provide you with blankets and mattresses at no additional charge.

The price of overnight in the camp including dinner, breakfast, tea and water is 25 Jordanian dinars per person.

During the colder months, you can sit around a warm fire in the communal tent, where you will listen to Bedouin music and old songs and stories handed down through generations. In the summer months, a campfire is outside, so you can enjoy the entertainment and watch the stars at the same time. Bedouin tea will always be available, because this is a Bedouin hospitality. In our camp you will enjoy a traditional Bedouin dinner cooked in an underground oven.

All tents are fitted with flashlights and we also have a charging station for your cell phones and cameras. We also have European style toilets and showers.

about food

We prepare the traditional Bedouin dinner by cooking it in the zarb, an underground oven covered with sand. The long cooking process produces delicious, subtle flavours. In addition to the main course we have rice, salad, yogurt, bread, soup and we also serve vegetarian dishes. At the entrance to the park is a small tent/restaurant serving simple Jordanian fare of bread, yogurt and the like. Breakfast: Zaatar (bread dipped in a mixture of olive oil and thyme.) We also offer jams, eggs, cheese, yoghurt, etc. Breakfast is light by design so you can be quick on your way, whether that means a tour with us, or back to the village to continue your travels.Lunch: bread, hummus, salad, tuna, beans, eggs and many hot dishes (eg eggs with tomatoes). Every lunch is a little different. Dinner: Dinner is one of everyone's favorite parts of the trip. It usually consists of zarb, a traditional Bedouin meal cooked underground. Sometimes we change it up by serving a delicious "Bedouin grill" cooked over an open fire. Side dishes include salads, soups, rice, vegetables, bread, and fruits.

😋

You will not be able to avoid the Bedouin tea that is served in every tent you will visit. It is spicy and sweet and is usually flavored with mint and/or sage. Truly an experience not to be missed.

We also offer free bottled water.
